1 老架一路动作讲解 Explanation of Old frame’s Routine 1 movement
1.1 第一式Posture 1 太极起势Starting form of Taiji
1、调整心情Adjust the body and mind
两脚并拢站立,微微弯曲
two legs stand side by side on the ground, knees slightly bent
两臂自然下垂于身体两侧
drop both arms naturally on both sides of the body
深呼吸
take a deep breath
静心
Don’t think anything
2、开步
重心移至右腿
松左胯并提起左脚
loose left hip, raise left foot slowly
向左侧横跨半步,脚尖先着地,然后踏实
move half step leftward in horizontal direction, tiptoe on floor firstly
3、中立
徐徐移动重心到身体中心
and then slow transfer to the center of body
下沉到脚上。
sink to feet.
1.2 第二式Posture 2 金刚捣碓Buddha’s warrior attendant pounds the mortar
1、检查身体 check body
呼吸自然
breathe naturally
立身中正
the body become straight
虚领顶颈
top of head go up
下颚微收
jaw/mandible go downward and backward
含胸拔背
contract the chest and lengthen the back
松肩
relax shoulder
松垮
loose crotch
膝盖内收,不要超过脚尖
knee go backward,don’t exceed the toes
身正
body upright
2、
把手臂慢慢的、徐徐抬起与两肩平
slowly raise arm, in level with both shoulders
然后再随着松跨,屈/曲膝
and then loose crotch, bend knee
松肩沉肘,把两手坠下去
elax shoulder, sink elbow, drop both hands down
3、
然后,重心移到右腿
and then transfer the center of the body on right leg
双手顺缠,向左上方棚
two hands twines clockwise, support top left
右手在胸前中线
right hand is at midline of front of the chest
4、
双手逆缠
two hands twines counterclockwise
然后,重心移到左腿
and then transfer the center of the body on left leg
右脚尖随着外摆
turn right tiptoe outward
转身向右方
turn the waist rightward
两手棚劲不丢
keep warding-off force of both hands
5、
然后重心继续向右移到右腿
and then transfer the center of the body to right leg
松左胯
loose left hip
左脚抬起
lift left foot
6、
左脚向左前方开大步
take a large step left front
脚跟内侧着地
heel inside on floor
接着踩实
foot stepped on the ground
7、
然后下沉
and then sink
重心在右腿
transfer the center of the body to right leg
双手向右侧下按
both hands press down at the right of body
身体中正
body upright
8
重心移至左腿
transfer the center of the body to left leg
左手棚于胸前,成弧形与胸平
the left hand is supported on front of chest, curved, and the height of the hand is raised to the chest level.
右手在右膝上方
the right hand is above right knee
9、
左脚尖外摆
left tiptoe turns outward
手背向前棚
back of the hand with warding-off force forward
右脚带右手上步

变虚脚点地
right leg change to empty foot on floor
右手向前、向上,左手搭于右腕
left hand lead forward, and then upward. left hand put on the right palm
10、
下沉,右手变拳,向下落于左掌内
sink, right hand makes a fist, down in the left palm
11、
再提拳,提右脚
sink, right hand makes a fist, and then raise right fist, lift right leg
12、
右脚震脚
right leg stamp
同时右拳向下,砸落于左掌内
at the same time, right fist downward, drop to the inside of left palm
拳心向上,拳眼向外
right fist heart upward. eye of right fist outward
1.3 第三式Posture 3 懒扎衣Lazy about tying coat
1、
右拳变掌
right fist becomes palm
双手穿手交叉
both hand goes out, and cross
2、
身体重心移向左然后向右
firstly transfer the center of body weight left, and then right
同时,右掌向上穿掌外翻,顺缠
at same time, right hand goes up, palm turn outward , twines clockwise
左手逆缠下按
left hand twines anticlockwise and presses down
然后,两手旋转交叉于胸前
and then turn both hands and cross in front of chest
3、
提右脚,向右方开一大步
lift right leg, move a large step rightward
脚跟内侧着地
heel inside on floor
4、
重心右移
transfer the center of the body right
右肘穿掌外翻,顺缠
right hand goes though palm and turns outward, twines clockwise
松左垮
loose left crotch
放松下沉
relax and sink
形成右弓步
form right bow step
把右手拉开,左手叉腰
draw right hand away, left hand inserts waist
1.4 第四式Posture 4 六封四闭60% sealing and 40% closing
1、
左手去迎右手
left hand moves towards right hand
2、
两手相合以后
after both hands meet together
双手下捋
both hand stroke to downward
3、
重心移向右腿
transfer the center of the body right on the right leg
双手捋向左边
both hand stroke to leftward
4、
然后松肩沉肘
and then relax shoulder and sink elbow
两手继续上捋
both hands continues to stroke upward
5、
手旋腕上翻合于左胸前
wrist turns up and closes in front of left chest
然后再合左腿
and then withdraw left leg
形成一个周身的合力双手往右侧略下按出
from a composite force of the whole body, press right downward
1.5 第五式Posture 5 单鞭Single whip
1、
两手上顺缠,旋转
both hands twine and revolve clockwise
右掌变勾手
change right palm into hook hand
向右前方伸出
stretch right forward
左手收于腹前,手心向上
withdraw left hand to the front of abdomen,palm upward
2、
身体下沉
turn body sink downward
重心移到右脚
transfer the center of the body right on the right leg
3、
提左脚向左侧开步
lift left foot and step leftward
重心仍在右脚
hold center of the body right still on the right leg
4、
重心移至左腿
transfer the center of the body to the left leg
同时左手穿掌,外翻
at the same time, left hand thread palm, turn outward,
手心向外,开向左侧,逆缠
palm outward, open to the left side, twines anticlockwise
沉肩坠肘
drop shoulder and sink elbow
气沉丹田
gathering qi into Dantian
身体放松下沉
body relaxes and sinks down
1.6 第六式Posture 6 金刚捣碓Buddha’s warrior attendant pounds the mortar
1、
重心仍在左腿
The center of body weight is still on the left leg
右手与左手相合
right hand cross with left hand
重心移到右腿
move the center of body weight onto right leg
2、
然后两臂旋转,外翻,向右捋,捋过来以后再下沉
then, both arms turn and turn outward. Stroke rightward. after stroking, then sink
3、
身体重心左移
move the center of body weight onto left leg
双手随之向左,向上,向右做螺旋缠丝
With the movement of the center of gravity of the body, the hands are spiraled to the left, up, and to the right.
然后身体再向右移
move the center of body weight onto left leg
双手继续向右、向下做螺旋缠丝

4、
重心移向左腿

左手棚于胸前

成弧形与胸平

5、
身向左转,左脚尖外摆

同时左手向前撩于胸前

7、
上动不停

右脚,右拳同时向上提起

随后,右脚落地震脚

双脚与肩同宽

同时右拳下砸,落于左掌心内

1.7 第七式Posture 7 白鹤亮翅The whit crane spreads its wings
1、
两腕交叉合于腹前
cross two wrists on the front of the abdomen
2、
身体重心右移
move the center of body rightward
双手分别向左右打开
Open the both hands to the left and right
3、
身体重心左移
move the center of body leftward
松右胯, 右脚提起, 向右后方退步
loose right crotch, lift right foot upward, retreat step right backward
左手由下向
left hand draws curve upward from downward
右手由上而下,划弧合于胸前
and right hand draws curve downward from upward, and close to the front of chest
两腕交叉
cross two wrists
4、
重心后移至右腿
move the center of body on the right leg
左脚收于右脚前方, 脚尖点地
withdraw left foot to the forward of right foot. tiptoe on the floor
随后左手向下,按至左胯侧
then, left hand downward and then press to the side of left crotch
右手向上经胸前, 棚至右上方, 掌心向前
hold right hand upward to the right upward from the front of chest. palm center forward
1.8 第八式Posture 8 斜行Oblique step
1、
左脚落地踩实,身体略向右转
The left foot is grounded and the body is turned slightly to the right.
右脚根着地向右侧旋转
rotate your right foot rightward
左手随身体向右旋转,然后再向右转过来,屈臂抬至右肩前,掌心向右,掌指向上,停于右胸前
with the body turn right, left hand turn right, and then bends arm to the front of right chest. palm-fingers upward.
右手向下,向左摆动。
the body slightly turn left, right hand upward, and then swings leftward.
2、
身体重心移到右脚
center of body still on the right leg
松左胯,提左腿,向左前方跨大步
loose left crotch, lift left leg, stride a big step forward and leftward.
重心从右移向左,身体走后弧,肩靠
move center of body to left leg, the body move along back, right shoulder stroke somebody.
左手随身体向左旋转,画弧至右胸前
with the body turn left, the left hand draws curve to the front of right chest.
右手屈臂抬至右肩前,掌心向左,掌指向上
3、
左手随身体向右旋转,然后再向右转过来,屈臂抬至右肩前,掌心向右,掌指向上,停于右胸前
with the body turn right, left hand turn right, and then bends arm to the front of right chest. palm-fingers upward.
4、
然后左手从左膝下划弧
left hand draws arc from left knee.
五指合拢提起与肩平
five fingers close, raise and keep the same height with shoulders
右手合于右耳下,然后向前,画弧向上向后拉开
right hand close under right ear, then, push forward, draw curve away rightward to backward.
身体放松下沉,屈膝松胯,圆裆
relax and sink, bend knees, loosen crotch and keep the crotch round.
立身中正,虚领顶颈
the body become straight, top of head goes up
1.9 第九式Posture 9 搂膝Brush knee
1、
身体下沉,双手向下,两手相合
sink body downward, both hands downward, close both hands
2、然后重心移到右腿
mover the center of body rightward
3、
左脚提起,收于右脚前,脚尖点地
uplift left foot, withdraw to the front of right foot, tiptoe on the floor,
两手合在胸前变为立掌
both hands close in front of the chest, two palm stands.
1.10 第十式Posture 10 上三步Tree steps ahead
1、
接上式,双手走下弧,捋向右侧,重心在右腿,左脚提起,向左前方上一步,同时左手由腹前向上划弧,下落至左膝外侧.
Follow the previous posture, both hands run lower curve downward, stroke to the right side, the center of body still on the right leg, uplift left foot, take a step left forward, left hand draws curve upward from the front of abdomen, drop downward to the outside of left knee.
2、
重心移至左腿,右脚提起回收,至左脚内侧,脚不落地,再向右前方上一步,右手上抬至右肩前,右掌立掌向前推出;
transfer the center of body weight to the left leg, uplift right foot and withdraw backward, to the inside of left foot, foot shall not on the floor, and take a step right forward, lift right hand upward to the front of right shoulder, right palm is standing palm and pushes forward,
3、
重心移至右腿,左脚提起,向左前方上一步,同时,右手随势下落于体右侧,掌心向下,左手外旋上抬至右肩前。

1.13 第十三式Posture 13 上三步Tree steps ahead
1、
接上式,双手走下弧,捋向右侧,重心在右腿,左脚提起,向左前方上一步,同时左手由腹前向上划弧,下落至左膝外侧.
Follow the previous posture, both hands run lower curve downward, stroke to the right side, the center of body still on the right leg, uplift left foot, take a step left forward, left hand draws curve upward from the front of abdomen, drop downward to the outside of left knee.
2、
重心移至左腿,右脚提起回收,至左脚内侧,脚不落地,再向右前方上一步,右手上抬至右肩前,右掌立掌向前推出;
transfer the center of body weight to the left leg, uplift right foot and withdraw backward, to the inside of left foot, foot shall not on the floor, and take a step right forward, lift right hand upward to the front of right shoulder, right palm is standing palm and pushes forward,
3、
重心移至右腿,左脚提起,向左前方上一步,同时,左手向外划弧上抬,回收与右手合于胸前,两碗交叉下落划弧。

1.14 第十四式Posture 14 掩手肱拳Cover hands and strike with arm
1、
接上势,两手开,重心偏左腿
Follow the previous posture, both hands separate, the center of body weight leans on left leg,
2、
重心移于右腿
transfer the center of body weight onto right leg
两手上合,右手逐渐抓握成拳,右拳收于右肋前,左手为掌,在胸前。
Two hands close upward, change right hand into fist gradually. withdraw right fist to the front of right rib, left hand changes into palm in front of the chest.
3、
然后,左肘向后击出
then, left elbow stretches backward.
右拳向前方冲出,拳心向下,发力的时候是右脚蹬,腿转,腰拧
right fist stretches forward forcefully, fist heart downward, when exerting the force, right foot kicks, turn leg and waist.
1.15 第十五式Posture 15 金刚捣碓Buddha’s warrior attendant pounds the mortar
1、
接上势,身体微下沉,右拳变掌,右臂放松下沉,与左掌相合,重心在左腿
Follow the previous posture, sink body downward slightly, change two fists into palms, relax the right arm and lower, close with left palm, then center of body weight is on the left leg.
2、
重心移于右腿,左脚尖内扣
transfer the center of body weight onto right leg, left tiptoe buckles inward.
右手上棚,再向右开
right hand wards off upward, then open on the rightward.
左手下按
left hand presses downward,
3、
然后重心左移,身向右转,右脚向右,向后,再向前画圈,收至左脚内侧,虚脚点地
then, transfer the center of body weight onto leftward, turn right. right foot circle rightward, backward, then forward, and then close the inside of left foot, pretend to point on floor.
两臂旋转,右手握拳向上,左手按在右腕
both arms turn, right hand holds fist upward, left palm put on the right arm.
4、
然后,左手下落,掌心向上
then left hand down, left palm upward.
右拳落于左掌心
right fist sinks downward to the left palm center
5、
上动不停,右脚右拳同时向上提起,气下沉 keep moving. at the same time, right foot and right fist raise upward, sink qi downward.
6、
右脚落地震脚,与肩同宽,同时右拳下砸,落于左掌心内
drop right feet on the floor and stamp feet, with the same width as shoulder. at the same time, right fist smashes downward to the inside of left palm center.

1.16 第十六式Posture 16 撇身捶Throw body boxing
1、
接上势,右拳松开,两手下沉分开,提右脚,向右横开一大步,同时,两手相合于胸前,两腕交叉,
Follow the previous posture, loosen right fist, lower both hands and separate them, lift right foot, take a big step rightward, at the same time, close two hands to the front of chest, cross two wrists,
2、
然后身向左略转,重心左移,两手向左上方棚,
then turn the body leftward, transfer the center of body weight leftward and ward off with both hands toward the left upper,
3、
然后重心向右移,身向右转,右手从右膝下转过,左手外旋,随势由左向右划弧,
then transfer the center of body weight rightward, turn the body rightward, turn the right hand below the right knee, left hand rotates outward, draw curve rightward from leftward following trend, parry in front,
4、
然后重心左移,身向左转,右手随身体旋转,从前边平拦,
then transfer the center of body weight leftward, turn the body leftward, rotate the right hand along with body turn
5、
左手转到左腰间插腰,右手握拳,然后重心右移,身向右转,右拳外翻,合在右太阳穴旁边,目视左脚尖。

1.17 第十七式Posture 17 青龙出水Green dragon comes out of the water
1、接上势,重心左移,右臂松肩沉肘,下沉旋转,松右胯,右拳收在右腰间,左手合在胸前。
Follow the previous posture, transfer the center of body weight leftward. loose the right side of crotch, withdraw the right fist and put it on the right side of waist. The left hand rely on the chest,

2、左肘向后,用力击出,右拳向右侧发力,拳心向外。

1.18 第十八式Posture 18 双推手Push both hands
接上势,两拳变掌,右手屈臂,两手相合,走下弧,然后身体向左转,左脚尖外摆,重心左移,右脚随势上抬,向前上步,同时两手下落,随势由右向左划弧,上抬至左肩前,身体右转,重心右移,左脚收与右脚里侧,脚尖点地,双手经胸前,向前推出,两掌心向前,双眼平视前方。

1.19 第十九式Posture 19 肘底看拳Fist under elbow
接上势,身体微右转再左转,左手下沉,右手向前棚,双手划弧上下翻转,随后,右手逐渐抓握成拳,左手向前屈肘,立掌于左肩前,右拳向左经腹前,向上与左肘相合,拳心向内,拳眼向上。

1.20 第二十式Posture 20 倒拳肱Step back and whirl arms
接上势,身向右转,右手后捋,左手前推,两手高与肩平,然后,身体左转,倒左步,同时两手屈臂下落,于腹前前合外分,左手后捋,右手前推,高至肩平,重心后移,再倒退右步,同时两手屈臂下落,右手后捋,左手前推,高至肩平,重心右移,身体左转,左脚随转体向后落步,同时两手屈臂下落,左手后捋,右手前推,高至肩平,随后,身向右转,重心后移,再倒退右步,同时两手屈臂下落,右手后捋,左手前推,右手至右膝上方,掌心向下。
Follow the previous posture, turn the body rightward, stroke backward with the right hand and push the left hand for ward, both hands and shoulder are the same height, then, turn body leftward slightly, then step backward with the left foot, meanwhile two hands bend arm and fall down, close forward and separate outward in front of abdomen, stroke backward with the left hand and push the right hand forward, at the same level of shoulder, transfer the center of body weight backward and step backward with the right foot, meanwhile two hands bend arm and fall down, stroke backward with the right hand and push the left hand forward, at the same level of shoulder, ansfer the center of body weight rightward, turn body leftward slightly, left foot falls step backward when turning body, meanwhile two hands bend arm and fall down, stroke backward with the left hand and push the right hand forward, at the same level of shoulder, then, turn the body rightward, transfer the center of body weight backward and step backward with the right foot, meanwhile two hands bend arm and fall down, stroke backward with the right hand and push the left hand forward, and right hand to the above of right knee, palm center downward.
1.21 第二十一式Posture 21 白鹅亮翅The white goose spreads its wings
接上势,身体右转再左转,轻提左脚向左后方撤步,脚尖先落地,同时两手上抬,然后右手上翻,合在右耳下,左手屈臂上抬于左肩前,两手同时向下划弧下捋,提起右脚,脚尖点于右侧前方,随后提右脚向右后方退步,重心右移,左脚收于右脚内侧,脚尖点地,同时左手由下向上,屈臂回收,右手由上向下,划弧合于胸前,两碗交叉,随后左手向下,按至左胯侧,右手向上经胸前,棚至右上方,掌心向前。

1.22 第二十二式Posture 22 斜行Oblique step
接上势,身体左转,右手向上,向左摆动,左手随身体向后旋转,然后,再向右转,转过来,提左腿,向左前方跨大步,同时,右手由上向下,划弧至右胯侧,左手屈臂上抬于右肩前,掌心向右,掌指向上,重心左移,左手从左膝下划弧,五指合拢提起与肩平,右手合于右耳下,然后向前推,向右拉开,放松下沉,屈膝松胯,圆裆,重心偏左腿。
Follow the previous posture, turn body leftward slightly, right hand upward, swing leftward, turn hand turns back along with the body, then, turn right and, raise left leg, stride a big step forward and leftward, at the same time, right hand draws curve downward from upward, to the side of right crotch, left hand bends arm and lift upward to the front of right shoulder, palm center rightward, palm-fingers upward, then center of body weight transfers left, left hand draws arc from left knee, five fingers close, raise and keep the same height with shoulders, right hand close under right ear, then, push forward, draw away rightward, relax and sink, bend knees, loosen crotch and keep the crotch round, the center of body weight leans to left leg.
1.23 第二十三式Posture 23 闪通背Flash the back
接上势,两手先上合,下捋移重心,收腿,脚尖点地,同时,两手外棚,左手上翻,右手下合,然后再旋转,右手合在右腰间,左手带左脚上步,然后移重心,穿掌,左手下按,上翻,两手上棚,重心后移,勾左脚尖,这时候重心再移过来,身体右转180度,提腿,震脚,落地两手再交叉,提左脚向左侧开步。

1.24 第二十四式Posture 24 掩手肱拳Cover hands and strike with arm
接上势,重心移至左腿,上体后靠直立,两手外分上抬向前合,右手逐渐抓握成拳,同时,重心右移,右拳收于右肋前,身体左转,重心迅速移至左腿,同时左手变拳,左肘向后,用力击出,右拳向前方冲出,拳心向下。

1.25 第二十五式Posture 25 六封四闭Six sealing and Four closing
接上势,双拳松开变掌,左手去迎右手,两手相合,下沉,重心后移,左脚尖外摆,然后移重心,上右步,重心向右移,同时,双手外翻下捋,随后向左上抬起,两手合在左耳下,然后两手随松胯屈膝,周身下沉,合按,把左脚收回来,虚脚点地。

Follow the previous posture, body raises, loose waist and wring thigh, right fist changes into palm, immediately both hands drop down, separate sideways and swing upward, later bends arm and drops down, both hands press down to the front of both thigh through the front of body, at the same time ,both legs bend knees and squat down, into horse-riding step, later body raises, lift left foot to the inside of right foot, bring feet together, at the same time, both hands falls naturally to side ways of two thighs, palm center inward, palm fingers down.
